  • Adelaide

Adelaide, Australia's first city of free settlers or landed gentry, has an air of pride with wide streets, colonial architecture and abundant parklands. When Colonel Light founded Adelaide in 1836, he had a simple plan: a one square mile city centre and lots of open space. He laid out the streets in a grid, surrounded by a ring of what are now State Heritage Listed parklands.

  • Barossa Valley

Australia's wine heartland on the doorstep of Adelaide and midway to the accessible Outback of the Flinders Ranges, the Barossa Valley boasts over 150 years of tradition and culture, fuelled by centuries of European experience. While the entire region is renowned for its luscious shiraz, the cooler climate produces the best rieslings in Australia.
