Epic Terms and Conditions

Recent changes dictated by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requires Epic Private Journeys (Epic), as an Inbound Tour Operator (ITO), to gain written agreement with non-residents (international visitors entering Australia) which authorises Epic to book products on their behalf (as their agent), and authorisation for Epic to retain commission on bookings made on their behalf.

Please read and confirm your agreement by digitally signing the below:*

Upon paying a deposit the client authorises and directs Epic as agent for the client to book products and services on their behalf according to the proposed itinerary. The client also authorises Epic to retain its commission made on booking these services, being the difference between what Epic buys the service for and what it sells the service to the client for.
